Obviously you have many, many mushrooms around your home. Unfortunately I'm not a specialist for mushrooms, so I only know Agaricus campestris (field mushroom), Boletus edulis (porcini) and Cantharellus cibarius, commonly known as the chanterelle. Do you harvest mushrooms in your woods, Pieni?
Yes - my husband has harvested for example Leccinum versipelle, Lactarius rufus and last Saturday we ate Albatrellus ovinus..very delicious!!! :) We haven't find any Cantharellus cibarius this autumn.
